Ugly Data was in the 2007 edition with an article based on who are the
business owners and a behind the scenes look.

June 2007 Toledo Free Press did a “special report” on Ugly Data with
the headline “Information technology firm finds home at UT incubators” Ugly Data
was also tied into two additional articles from the University of Toledo. “Ugly
Data Inc. chose to locate in two incubators at UT that provide environments for
small businesses to grow rather than at sites across the country. Dan and Amy
Miller, the couple that owns the information technology company, are pleased
with their decision to locate their new business at the UT incubators. The
Millers said they chose to locate there after considering sites in Chicago and
Atlanta.”

Toledo CIO Forum
Ugly Data Inc. on March 29th 2007 was able to participate in the CIO
Forum at the University of Toledo regarding the new laws on eDiscovery, refers
to any process in which electronic data is sought, located, secured, and
searched with the intent of using it as evidence in a civil or criminal legal
case. Key speaker was Judge James Carr of U.S. District Court stating the new
policies companies need to have in place effective immediately. Special thanks
to the CIO Forum for putting together another successful event.

Toledo Business Journal issue 2007 featured Ugly Data on the cover of
the second news section with a two page layout. "When Amy and Dan Miller left
high-level positions at Hewlett Packard in Chicago, they decided that an
entrepreneurship was in their future....."We're a managed service provider
offering dedicated, web, and email hosting," stated Amy Miller, co-owner of Ugly
Data. "We also deal with IT consulting and forensics networking."

Toledo Business Advantage - Development News
Ugly Data Inc was on the cover of the Business Advantage - Development
News 2007 with a two page layout. "According to Dan Miller, having two data
centers will allow for Ugly Data to protect the crucial information that it
handles on a daily basis. "It's not a case of replication, it's a case of
mirroring," he stated "We have been doing this a long time, and in 20 years at
Hewlett Packard we have seen every manner of data failure you can possibly
imagine. So, with the technology available today, we feel this is the best way
towards mitigating any of those disasters."

University of Toledo News
In 2006 the University of Toledo welcomed Ugly Data into the
Alternative Energy facilities on two of the campuses.
